My attorney was very responsive and got me my full policy limit. He worked very hard for the entire time and was always there for me. He truly cares. Cannot say enough good things about him.

What can I say about this Law Firm and my Attorney (Joseph Morrison).. First off this is the best professional law firm I have ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of having Joseph Morrison as my Attorney. He is very attentive, will answer the phone 24/7 if you call or text he will get back to you right away even on days he has Court. I had many questions regarding my case and he had a answer and gave a resolution to what to do always regarding my case. If you listen to them and do as they ask you, you will definitely come out on top. I was so frustrated at times with the process and at times wanted to throw in the towel but he always told me to be patient and let him do his job. Joe Morrison at the Mullen and Mullen law firm led me every step of the way throughout my injury settlement process. Josh at Mullen & Mullen was a life saver. I got rear ended in September 2019 and tried to deal with the insurance by myself for a month or two and it was grueling. I was recommended Mullen & Mullen by my chiropractors office and I'm so glad I took the recommendation. As a Millennial... I don't trust advertisements or really anything other than a word of mouth recommendation for services like this. It's all finishing up for me this month which is way ahead of when I ever expected to get everything paid out and these bills off from being a weight on my shoulders! Within a few days of first reaching out, one of the staff (I think his name was Mike) came to my work to discuss what the process was like over coffee so I could feel comfortable about it. This was important because I didn't have a car right then and didn't have time to take off work to go meet during someone else's business hours. I felt really confident in what was discussed, but still took about a week (I think) to read through the terms before signing. There was ZERO pressure to sign and he was happy to explain everything to me again when I had more questions. After signing, I was assigned to work with Josh and he made the entire process so smooth. He recommended I get an MRI which actually showed I had some real damage in my neck and back and due to that got me set up with a pain and back specialist doctor. Everything except my ER bills was covered under what they called a "letter of protection" meaning that I didn't have to worry about bills from the doctors piling up and accruing interest until my treatment was done which I was so thankful for. The ER bills happened BEFORE I talked to Josh so they did go to some internal hospital collections and I actually called Josh crying about these bills and how I couldn't afford them. He talked me down from my ledge and helped play lowkey therapist and friend to come up with a plan to make small payments so they couldn't send them to the big bad collections. Probably the best part of working with Josh was how personable he was during this process. His former experience working as an insurance adjustor meant he had no illusions about how these people work and they couldn't pull any tricks on him. Josh was kind, friendly, and CARING through this whole process - which are words I didn't expect to use to describe working with anyone at a lawyer's office before working with him. Working with Josh Banks has been the greatest....he always returned calls and went above and beyond, even during our recent ice storm, to work on our case!
