The insurance companies offered me $800 after I had paid over $5000 out of pocket for medical bills to keep them out of collections. March 28, 2015 was a day I'll never forget. Leaving home headed out to my granson's birthday party. Pulled out at a four way stop and was side swiped. This collision changed the life's of everybody that was in my vehicle. When I exited my vehicle I looked around and said to myself, hum not much damage, but I saw a puddle of oil just pouring out from under my car. Not to mention the pain in my neck and shoulder. My mother was a front seat passenger and my grandson in the back. We all sustained impacting injuries. I knew we needed medical attention and the search was on. I was hoping that we wouldn't need to hire an attorney, but in the back of my mind the oil thing was bugging me. I called several attorneys, they were not interested because the minor damage to my car. I knew the force of that impact was significant if I lost oil. But the oil thing didn't even raise an eyebrow. Then I remembered Shane Mullen a long time friend. I never used his firm but I had heard good things. So I decided to call him and explained everything, then BINGO! I said little damage and the impact caused the oil to spill out of the engine. Shane said Wait! Did you say the oil spilled out and I said yes! He said; "That's a big deal". Joseph was wonderful! After it was all done Mullen &Mullen reduced their attonrey 's fee. How many firm's do you know would collect three different polices and still reduce their fees. Amazing!! I would recommend this team of hard workers to anyone. They are everything they say they are.

What I liked most about Mullen & Mullen is that my medical needs were taken care of asap, which is most important to me. I also liked that Joseph gave me his personal cell phone number and he was very accessible any time I needed him. It took a long time to get my final settlement after it was all said and done, but my settlement for pain and suffering was larger than what I had expected. Mullen and Mullen is a good firm to go with.
