Mr. Winocour is a very caring and thoughtful man. He is not just looking for a fee, contrarily he explains everything concisely and thoughtfully. I highly recommend him to the public if they have a legal matter of any kind. He is truly a great Attorney and even better man.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone that is looking for a law firm that is very reasonable, fair through and follows through and handles it"s business. I had a total of 15 tickets that this law firm got 13 of those tickets DISMISSED. They are presently working on the remaining 2 tickets at this time, and I am very confident they will be successful in getting those handled fairly also. Great people to work with, and what they charged me to provide their legal service to me was more than reasonable.They are one of "The Best" at handling Traffic Ticket issues by far.

First and foremost I would like to say that Jonathan and his staff provided excellent service from start to finish! One must understand that the legal process (for any case) can sometimes be long and drawn out. My case took 2 years to finish which is completely fine with me. That being said, Jonathan and his staff always kept me in the loop, were clear on every step of the process, and always provided me with the best possible advice/options available. His staff did do most of the communicating/managing of my case during the initial phase and they were phenomenal! When Jonathan's time came to represent me in person he was the best that I had seen thus far! He was passionate, very vocal, really took a personal approach, and was just an overall meticulous craftsman of his trade in my experience with him! He was great and I would definitely refer him to anyone for legal advice and representation!

I came to Mr. Winnocur for help regarding an administrative law matter, he did an excellent job ans is a very kind person as well. He is an Attorney who practices in a number of areas and is in my experience the best Attorney in Dallas.

I hired the firm to handle 3 traffic warrants I had from Hickory Creek, TX. They prepared me from the beginning of the different possible outcomes for my tickets. They were able to get one dismissed !! The funds were due to the court pretty quickly and they even went the extra mile by filing a motion to extend my due date. I will definitely use them in the future !

We initially approached this law firm due to having been issued citations by the City of Garland Texas for violations on a commercial property that we own. These citations ranged from parking lot striping issues, parking issues, asphalt used to improve a surface without permits, and so on. We felt that this law firm was very familiar and seemed confident that they could and would represent our interests to the best of their abilities. We went to court on a few occasions and Mr. Winocour showed us that he was very well qualified and although this city's district attorney was very biased and initially completely unwilling to reduce or settle these citations, at the end Mr. Winocour prevailed and got us a sweet deal. My son recently had some legal issues involving illegal possession of a weapon. He is only 17. Of course, as a mother the last thing you want to hear is that your child might be facing a criminal record that he will have to explain for the rest of his life. Not only did Jonathan Winocour appear personally on my son's case, he remained in constant communication with me and let me know all the possible outcomes so that I could prepare myself for what's to come. Well, I received great news today that my son will not be receiving probation, but instead, will be required to pay a small fine to the court, take a gun safety course, and will be on a deferral agreement with the charge disappearing from his record after six months of no more run-ins with the law. While I was hoping for this result, I certainly could not have anticipated it and I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. My son has gotten back into school and has completely turned his life around. This charge could have had severe impact on his future and thanks to Winocour Law he can focus on getting good grades in school and picking a decent college without having to worry if he will be turned away from a job in the future for something he did when he was only 17.
