I want to thank miss Sarah for taking my call yesterday. I was referred by my friend dorothea who was a client of theirs. Miss Sarah couldnt help with my case but she took the time to explain it to me and she gave me more answer than the store I fell at. She was so nice and it means a lot to not be treated mean even though the franklin law firm could not help me regarding my slip and fall. I will recommend them to anyone who needs help.
