This is one week short of 10 months after my release from TDCJ. Mr. Puente helped me in May 2020 after my arrest, he was able to have courts grant me a bond. After two years of litigation, July 2022 we came to a sensible and honorable agreement with Court, I was able to not only receive the best deal for myself , Mr. Puente helped me with a timeline to which I used to interview Parole Attorneys, and work on a Parole Package prior to incarceration, Thanks to Mr. Puente's consistent communication with me , we were able to form a plan not only for surrender date, but placed all affairs in order. Nothing came to a surprise to me, why? Because every scenario was previously explained to me by my Attorney Puente. My initial scenario would have been 15-99 years and from the moment of my bond release the years offered where 30 yrs in TDC. I can not promise anyone the same outcome, but I can honestly say, Attorney Puente placed me, my needs and family first. Our concerns were met with genuine comprehension and it showed each and every court date. Now nearly a year after a brief stay in TDCJ, I not only thank GOD above for all the blessings in life, but I am grateful to him for having blessed Attorney Puente with such a illustrious career. If you find yourself in need of Council, or a loved one does, I am sure you are on Google reading reviews to get a feel for the relationship between an Attorney and the accused, or family. I am here typing as the accused, the convicted and now the free man. Having spent time in TDCJ is NOT a reflection of Mr. Puente its a direct effect of my poor decision making, What Attorney Puente did was generate scenarios through hard work , and litigation, He listened, he cared, he conquered and thanks to his determination , and diligence, I type this well deserved review.
