OK I HOPE UR READY FOR THIS STORY! I PURCHASED PROPERTY IN DALLAS BUT I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. I GET A CALL FROM JESSICA THAT I NEED TO FIND A TITLE COMPANY IN MY AREA TO SIGN DOC, I'M A NURSE, KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A TITLE COMPANY. THEN I FIND IT, JESSICA SETS UP APPOINTMENT, I GO NOBODY EXPLAINS TO ME ANYTHING WHAT I'M SIGNING. THEN I'M DONE IN 25MIN. WELL 4 DAYS LATER SHE CALLS ME TO INFORM ME THAT I FORGOT TO LEAVE MY CLOSING CHECK SO NOW I HAVE TO WIRE THE MONEY TO THEM IN TEXAS. SO TOMORROW I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET FOR HER MISTAKE BECAUSE SHE WAS LEAVING FOR VACATION. SO I TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR MR. DARRIN STANTON AND HE SAID "I ASSUMED YOU KNEW TO BRING A CASHIER'S CHECK ON THAT DAY AND IT'S NOT OUR JOB TO EXPLAIN TO YOU THE DOCUMENT YOU ARE GOING TO SIGN ALSO IT AGAINST THE LAW FOR US TO EXPLAIN IT TO YOU BUT WE DO IT AS A COURTESY." I SAID "CLICK" I'LL BE DOING A SECOND CLOSING AND I WON'T USE THEM.!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

The escrow officer is very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Horrible service! bad everything! Avoid if possible. They screwed up my title work on my house. They are very unprofessional. Please if you use them check your paperwork; , apparently its your job to make sure the title work is correct.
