It was a pleasure speaking to Jacky. She was very helpful and supportive when speaking about my daughter’s incident. Even if they couldn’t move forward at this time until we obtain more information I appreciate that they even took the time of day to review everything that was sent already. They also sent a care package that my daughter appreciated very much and is in love with the stuffed animal. When my child's afterschool program forgot her and left her locked in the van asleep one day - and only finding out about it a few days later, over the weekend, when she told me she was scared and started crying when she woke up alone in the van.
