If you are looking for amazing criminal defense representation look no further. I was arrested at 13 weeks pregnant. I was in the home due to a gas leak at my own home but was arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and was hit with VERY heavy charges that would've followed me for the rest of my life had I not contacted the right attorney. This man saved my life. He was very understanding of the stress I was under due to my circumstances AND being a new parent during COVID. He updated me on everything that was happening with my case and pushed for dismissal the very second he was able to. Once I become eligible for expungement I will hire him AGAIN. I was referred to Dennis and Shannon by a friend of a friend who recommended him as the best family attorney in Dallas, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The situation was a nightmare for me, as a contentious custody battle was the last thing I wanted. Dennis and Shannon knew that and were kind, comforting and supportive throughout and always on top of everything (and in a custody case, there are many things). Dennis was extremely shrewd in cross examination, and represented me expertly in front of the judge. My ex had a high priced, highly regarded attorney, but Dennis was simply better. We ended up settling in mediation with the terms I wanted. I could not recommend him more highly and will absolutely contact him should the need arise again. Shannon is also wonderful to work with.
