There is so much I could say about my experience with this law firm. The professionalism of everyone I interacted with was outstanding, but the hero of my case was undoubtedly the lawyer, Shawn S. The time, patience, and care he put into my case truly reflected the passion he has for his job. This was an incredibly confusing and frustrating experience, but no matter what happened, Shawn kept a cool head and explained everything we were doing step by step as many times as necessary—not only to me but also to my family. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for my case. I hope I’m never in a position to need another lawyer in this capacity, but if I am, there is no question where I will turn.

My experience with Thomson Law Firm has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being T-boned in a car accident in February, I hired them to handle my case. This was my first car accident and I was very nervous and they did not help at all. Despite starting therapy promptly after them taking long getting things situated, it took them five months to inform us that the other party's insurance denied the claim due to lapsed coverage on the date of the accident. Throughout this process, our paralegal, provided abysmal communication and updates were virtually nonexistent. Her attitude towards us was condescending, treating us as if we were ignorant. I strongly advise against using this firm based on my experience.
