Brandon Thomas- if you have him as a lawyer and its a difficult case that lacks evidence he will drop you and not fight for you.. He never called me at a reasonable time it was always close to when he was leaving the office or going to a meeting for court. He never set up a confrence call he said he was going to do. He never emailed out my release forms to the adjusters. I had to forward them to the people.Also, he had no problem calling me at 0900 am to tell me he is dropping the case. because he feels he would have benefit from my case. There is so much more to this but he would have had to fight for it. I am completely not at fault for my case i just needed a STRONG lawyer to help me and he did not provide that. I'm not saying this law firm is bad but i would not recommend Brand Thomas if there is lack of evidence to proof your self not at fault for the auto accident.

I had a car accident last year and it was a lengthy process to get my disbursal but my attorney was trustworthy and really helpful! I recommend them greatly!

Terrible company. I have called countless times just to speak with the attorney representing my case but to no avail. They are horrible at returning phone calls and are very unprofessional. Maybe they are prioritizing other clients' cases over mine? Maybe because I am deemed an unpreviledged person; that's why my case is NOT a big deal? I am out of words -- totally dismayed at their total lack of professionalism.

First of all, that is a training office to those who graduated from the law schools, and when I said "Training" I mean it is easy for any lawyer who taking care of your case to leave Bergquist and move your case to someone else in the same office or even another branch in different city without telling you. I had a bad experience with that office, my case has started in Dallas (where I live), then moved to Houston (I don't know why) in time that Dallas office has many people working in that branch. the first Dallas Lawyer had transferred my case with (missing an important part of my case) to Houston office, where the other lawyer could not take a successful control. I am still suffering and I tried to explain that to him, but he said “Sorry I can’t do anything about that”. After a few weeks, the lawyer in Houston has left the job without even sending an email or even texting me. The and after few days i know that a third employee is working on my case with a low level of experience about my case. Don’t think you are a valued customer, you are only a $$, and they will not fight for your case.

David Ghably was amazing! This was my first time being in a car accident and my first time dealing with a lawyer. David was so helpful not only in representing me but in making sure I was always informed in what was going on with my case. There was constant communication between us for the whole time he worked on my case. I would definitely recommend David Ghably at the Bergquist Law Firm to anyone who needs representation if you’ve been hit by a driver.

Super helpful! My lawyer Antonio Cabrera made sure to keep me in the loop of everything that was going on. I was able to reach him whenever I had a question and he made sure to reply either instantly or within the hour! Everyone was super friendly from the visits I had to make to the office. Which were also a plus! Because they were rare. Super convenient considering my busy schedule. Thank you guys! Thanks Antonio! Definitely recommend him if you guys ever need a good lawyer!

I am so thankful to Andrew and all the help he gave me with this process. Never having any prior experience with the legal system, Andrew quickly made me feel comfortable and eased my fears by explaining and breaking everything down for me. He had very quick communication, I could always count on a quick response and was willing to go out of his way to help me out. If you want someone who will ease the stress that comes with needing a lawyer, Andrew is your guy!

Bergquist Law Firm is the most incompetent law firm I have encountered. My case is open and shut case in which this firm has not been able to settle. They have poor communication skills and from what I can tell have no knowledge of how to properly litigate or be an advocate for any of their clients. Including myself. It shows they have inadequate management, due to the fact that in the span of 1 year I have had 2 attorneys quit during my case. I have yet to encounter any competent work from this"firm". I asked for a copy of my contract, something a firm should be able to produce at a moment's notice but yet 🤷 nothing. The office assistant wasn't even able to produce THAT. Most firms, the assistant is able to place the client on hold to find AN ATTORNEY somewhere in a LAW FIRMS office..because that's what they do, right?! Not this firm. Not today... probably not ever. is there even attorney's that work here?! I believe there reviews are paid for because I have yet to receive adequate response to simple tasks. You would THINK if you are being PAID (because I am paying them) that they would produce satisfactory counsel, which is what I THOUGHT was what I am paying for. I was hit by a drunk driver who went to jail ON THE SCENE, who had INSURANCE and have already claimed liability. So what's the hold up? Either hire competent attorney's, management or shut this whole firm down. I thought the point was to be compensated for injuries sustained, pain and suffering and emotional damage caused by the WRECK.

Had a great experience working with the team! After my accident, I was so unsure about what to do. I’m thankful that I was referred to them.
