My injury case with them went totally wrong Ms Laura Rivas is not for her clients. I could not get in contact with her after i signed in between that time she had others call me to tell me go here not knowing it was to just build up money for her in the medical bills also check your paperwork some of the bills was not as muchh as she quoted . This law office is so disorganized. After a car accident at the end of February 2018, I knew I was going to need an attorney. I text Andrew Jee personally and asked if he specialized in Personal Injury and explained what happened. He said yes. I took him at his word, I knew him personally and didn’t think to question him. That was my first mistake. His assistant Holly and I emailed back and forth for over a month. I asked for the same things over and over. I couldn’t get them to do the things needed, such as locating people who witnessed the accident, having the police report amended, contacting one of the witnesses that I provided his name and number. Besides the trauma I was dealing with from this accident, Jee Law Firm was adding more stress onto me with the incompetence, lack of communication, and leaving me to do their work and research. I did not feel they were helping me in anyway. I threatened to terminate our working relationship via email when I received an email from Holly with what my witness told her. (Apparently not only did this gentleman witness my accident in the morning but was involved in a hit and run). Andrew contacted me via phone and talked me out of terminating our contract. My second mistake. There wouldn’t be a third. I didn’t hear back from his office regarding my initial requests, other questions, etc for months. I finally did terminate our “professional” relationship and asked four times for a release. After another month, Jee Law firm sent my paperwork to my home after a strong demand. When I looked through it before handing it off to my new attorney I became more infuriated. Before anyone decides to use Jee Law Firm, do your research. Before you sign a contract with them, ask if they have your best interest at heart and are willing to fight for you and not just stick you in a drawer. And for the love of God, do NOT use them for Personal Injury.

I was highly impressed with Mr. Jee's rapid response to my initial email. Mr. Jee provided me with accurate, honest, and free advice in regards to my urgent situation.
