Did a great job on my case

I have been fighting for six years over how I was hurt from an ivc filter. Finally its all almost over. I feel I had several people on my side through it. Special thanks to all of them especially Kameron.

So I hired this firm after my employer let me go due to a vaccine mandate. Spoke to them in December 2021 and they agreed to take on the case with a handful of others who faced the same issue. There is NO COMMUNICATION from this office WHATSOEVER! I understand these cases take years to settle but you still need to communicate due to the fact that if there is a settlement, the firm request a HEFTY percentage. Fast forward to now, I called Carla for weeks and finally received a response stating that she NEEDED a EEOC Form to be completed by me and this was part of a "hold up".. So I waited a few days after speaking with her and on May 25th I emailed her (Carla) to inquiry about this "Much Needed" form.. No Response.. So I decide to leave a voicemail for Mr. Masterson to ask if they are overwhelmed and cannot follow up maybe I need to seek help elsewhere. He returns the call (same day) to say, Yes, I think you do... My thoughts are you all could have said that months ago. What a waste of time for someone who is already going through so much. Poor Service and No Follow -Up.. Go Elsewhere, you'll thank yourself later

I was handed off to the Law Offices of Ben C Martin from a partner firm after my care accident case did not settle with insurance and it looked like we would be going to depositions and court. I was very apprehensive at the handoff as I didn't know anything about Ben C Martin, but I am SO VERY GLAD they are the ones who took over. Kolter McKenzie took my case on and was very thorough and patient with me. He explained everything that was happening every step of the way and was always willing to get on the phone with me to talk through something. The office staff ( Judy <3 ) communicated with me constantly and made sure that I had ample time to gather information for deadlines and remind me of upcoming tasks so that I did not forget them. They also took over conversations with the insurance companies and parties involved, relieving me of a great deal of stress and harassment which did wonders for my mental health. Whenever hard decisions had to be made, I could always count on Kolter to be honest with me and give me the best case, worse case, and his recommendation for what to do next. He always let me know they would pursue whatever next step I wanted to make, but I could trust that he would give me the best advice and counsel. Even though it was sometimes more aggressive or passive in the situation than I would have done myself, trusting Kolter's advice helped me reach the best possible outcome for my case and I am so glad I listened. Kolter was ultimately able to help me get the monies needed to cover continued treatments from the car accident. I was finally able to schedule treatment at a clinic that I have been waiting to go to for four years as it was too expensive out of pocket without the monies from this case. I cannot recommend this law office and Kolter enough. I am so glad I ended up with them and I trust them completely.

Ben and IVC filter since the lawsuit since the beginning 7/8 years never once have I talked to Mr Martin himself I've talked to four different people that work with Ben C Martin I'm not being informed on my case and now they don't even answer my phone calls and call me back
