I sold a car, however, forgot to submit of Vehicle Transfer Notification. The new driver happened to commit a minor traffic violation for which the Farmers Branch Municipal Court held me accountable. I explained my situation and was ordered to appear in court. Already having purchased a ticket to Egypt, where I planned to study for a year, I was unable to appear in court. Upon rearrival in the US, I came to know the Municipal Court had put a bond "on my head". I contacted the judge, whose only interest was me paying the extensive funds upfront. Mr St. Julian III was able to handle my case after a small fee and every last bit of evidence I had gathered, ready to fight my case, was effectively unnecessary. A big thank you.

Before I hired Tim Jefferrey to represent my husband explain to him how my husband is innocent and need my husband home because we just had our baby boy. I notify Tim Jefferey that my husband is my provider and he been held at Dallas County Jail For 8 months already. Tim Jefferrey notify me that, my husband has been in there for to long and he will be able to get my husband out or get the case dismissed. After I hired him it seemed like everything that Tim Jefferrey told me he didn’t get done. He answer the phone sometimes but when he did he told me to call back or sometimes didn’t answer. I called the office , the assistant seem they were getting frustrated with me and told me things that was not discussed with Tim Jefferrey before hired . Then when I realized I no longer wanted Tim Jefferey to represent my husband anymore because nothing was getting done. I ask Tim Jefferrey for my money back but he didn’t want to give me my money back.

CAUSE NO. 21-6324-431, 471st Judicial District, Denton County, TX: Sharon is a very effective attorney and a pleasure to work with. We hired Sharon to represent our family in an unprecedented case of elderly abuse through promises broken. The Denton County, TX case involved matters of promissory estoppel and parol gift exception. Basically, a son evicted his elderly disabled parents from a home that was promised to them. This took nearly two years and a lot of cost to resolve, although Sharon was diligent in her efforts to get justice and fair in her fees. There was a lot of complexity to the case and Sharon had the resources to figure out the pieces. We prevailed through a jury trial and were awarded a sizable judgement to take care of our parents. We didn't get everything, although we are completely satisfied with the outcome since this case has now set precedence for other elderly couples who may not be able to defend themselves in situations like this. I was not aware of information from my own lawyer that Mr. Leon easily confirmed in seconds, what I didn’t understand for years. This is at 7-8 pm and didn’t bother him to check this for free!! I didn’t think he would check what he did on his own and at this time without asking me for a dime.
