Walker is a great lawyer, that actually does exactly what he says he is going to do. Communication is second to none. Every time I had a question, he got back to me the very same day, even if he had court that day. I knew he was in court, if it wasn't in 10 mins. You get his full attention and he pays attention to detail. My case, just like yours will be, was unique and and he acts according! You can't go wrong with Walker Fultz!! I’m not the type to ever write reviews but honestly this one is very much worth writing a review for! My husband is out on parole and unfortunately caught a misdemeanor case for “assault with bodily injury”. When I reached out to Mr. Fults about it he was very polite and heard me out. He took a look at the case and never hesitated to take over it. Once there was an arrest made which happened a Monday, Mr. Fults went to court for him the next day and by Friday of that same week my husband had his court. At the court Mr. Fults successfully got his case dismissed even after we thought it would be something that would not be considered!!!!! It’s been exactly a week now and Parole went to visit my husband regarding the dismissal of his case thanks to Mr. Fults persistency!! I honestly can not thank him and his firm enough! He is a very kind man that goes beyond for his clients and cares for them! Thank you so much Mr. Fults for making the impossible possible & most importantly for always making us feel cared for!

Walker is the real deal, I was looking at 8 years for 2 F2 felonies , he managed to get me probation witch was exactly what I wanted! The prices wasn’t too high , he reply’s to every text , SHOWS UP TO COURT EVERY TIME witch was a big problem with the first lawyer I had hired, I didn’t have to wait hours at court he was always there on time and ready to help and get you answers. My brother was in serious trouble, several of his charges had possible punishments of 20 years to life on each charge. We were very concerned about his outcome and wanted to make sure we selected the right attorney for him. We know he made some bad choices hanging with the wrong crowd but 20 years to life was excessive and scary that it could be a possibility. Some friends recommended Walker, we were a bit hesitant at first as it is not a big law firm. In our opinion maybe a big law firm was necessary to keep his sentence to a minimum. So we started doing our homework, we called a couple big law firms as well. We spoke to other people who had been in trouble in the past and several recommended a smaller attorney instead of a big law firm as they are trying to make a name for themselves and they will fight for you a lot stronger. When we started calling big law firms, not only were they substantially more expensive, we never spoke to the actual attorneys, it was always a paralegal, who almost felt like a sales person. We spoke to another smaller firm as well and they said a good outcome for my brother was 12-15 years in prison. We really thought it over and decided to give Walker a chance to help us. He was always very personal, willing to take the time to answer our questions and help us to truly understand the process. We felt that his heart was in defending my brother, he truly wanted what was best for him and our family. Every time we reached out he was always there, responding the same day, we never had to speak to someone else on his behalf. We couldn't have asked for a better attorney, he worked hard and was able to get several charges dropped for my brother and he was sentenced to only 5 years. 5 years is still a long time but when he was facing 20 years to life, we are definitely happier with 5. If you're trying to find an attorney that actually cares about you and your loved ones and will truly fight for you, give Walker a chance. I highly recommend him. Hope we don't ever need his services again, but if we do we will definitely reach back out to him.

I want to start by saying how hard-working and diligent Mr. fults is he stayed in contact with me the entire time through our process although emotional and very difficult he made it easy to understand everything we needed to know he did the very best for my husband we are forever grateful couldn't thank him enough couldn't ask for a better lawyer and his office staff Jocelyn was great a very good team to work with would highly recommend them for legal advice or defense!

Excellent service very satisfied, and good attention to my needs

I was under the impression that I would get 40% of the settlement. That's the way they made it sound when signing you up. Well the contract says 40% of the settlement not including any attorney fees awarded or medical bills. Out of a $60,000 settlement, my part was less than $3,000. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney. I was sent to doctors for three months just to make this firm and their doctors rich. This should be illegal in my opinion. It seems like insurance fraud to me. UPDATE: DEF YOU
