Carson is not a professional attorney. She is unable to handle complex and contentious cases. While she was representing me, she became too emotionally involved. Thus her advocacy was subpar at best. She cried not only in front of me, but also the judge handling my case. I would recommend you save your money, not pay her outlandish fees as you will be paying them for years without resolution.

I hired Carson Steinbauer to represent me after a close friend referred me. My friend had been through an equally difficult and complicated divorce as mine would turn out to be. My case lasted approximately 2 1/2 years due to shenanigans from the other side. She handled all their courtroom antics with dignity, grace and professionalism. Our assigned judge clearly had a true respect for Carson's knowledge, experience and demeanor. From 2004 through 2010, Ms. Steinbauer represented me during a very difficult divorce. Dealing with a spouse (the petitioner) who went through 8 attorneys was a nightmare for me.
