You won't find a more caring group of people!!

After my arrest I did not know where to go or who to reach out to, there was so many lawyers that wanted a lot money upfront with little reassurance. When I contacted Clayton he asked me to come see him and after I layed out the details he explained how everything works and what he could do for me, he even offered an easy and affordable payment plan. I can honestly say that I felt more relieved. Once he agreed to take my case he kept me informed every step of the way, I did not have to show up for court because he would attend for me and I hardly missed work. Today he just sent me a text with a document signed by the DA and the County Judge stating it my case was dismissed!

We contacted Mr. Haynes with what we were worried was an impossible case. Mr. Haynes handled the matter the FIRST day in court, without my husband even having to appear before the judge. He walked in on Monday morning and got my husband's probation reinstated and got the agreement to allow supervision transfer to another state before 10am. To say we we were amazed is a complete understatement. He is very professional and cares about his clients. My husband is able to return home to me because we put our trust in Mr. Haynes. If ever we need help again with anything like this, he will be the first person we will call.

I'm met roger 14 years ago when I first came to Texas from Brooklyn. After leaving New York I thought I could get a fresh start in Dallas. Not long after coming here, myself and three other friends were wrongfully indicted on aggravated assault charges due to the sympathetic ear of the d.a. and a police officer who was less than truthful. After meeting Roger and agreeing with his trial plans to find justice we hired him and I'm glad that we did. We were all found not guilty. After the trial several of the jury members came up and hugged us because after he stated our case they felt that justice had not started out in our favor but ended in it. I would like to think a situation like that would have kept me on the straight and narrow but it didnt. I have used Roger on multiple occasions to keep me from being incarcerated. For people like me who needed more than a second chance(I believe six chances) I'm glad you're great at what you do so that people like me can be better in the latter of part of my life!

Phillip is the top third criminal defense attorney in Dallas but to me he is number one!
