The first time I met Mr. Mike Guajardo I knew he was the lawyer for me. We talked for about 3 hours about my injury and how it happened. He showed great interest and took my case. Mike made me feel at ease talking to him. He explained everything to me in a way in which I could understand easily. I also want to say the staff is great. You can call them anytime with questions. On Friday the 10th all lawyers met and the goal was to settle before court. It was settled on the 10th for the exact amount we wanted. Winning the case with Mike leading was the greatest thing to ever happened to me. No amount of money will change the fact that I will never walk without a walker. Mike Guajardo represented my son in a lawsuit against a trucking company, and in a separate suit against an insurance agency. He was determined from the beginning to get my son every penny possible.
