He will take the time to not only walk you through what to expect but will explain the nuances and intricacies of his strategy so you are in step throughout the entire confusing process. The two greatest attributes that you will get with Gregg is his responsiveness and his experience. He literally texted me back over a weekend that he was vacationing in Florida with family. For experience, he worked countless (like over 100) cases with the DA's office so has rapport with the prosecutors which goes a long way in cutting through the chaff and confusion. Gregg delivered on everything he said, at the price he said he would and was an invaluable advocate for someone who has never navigated this stressful process before.
