I recommend Kilgore and Kilgore as a whole, and also specifically Daryl Sinkule. I had the opportunity to work with Daryl during a time when I was on the verge of giving up hope of ever recovering from past damages. Daryl took the case by the horns and turned an awful situation into one I feel much better about. I don't think anyone WANTS to be in a confrontational situation with another, but if you are, give Daryl/Kilgore & Kilgore a call.
