We contacted Mr. Haynes with what we were worried was an impossible case. Mr. Haynes handled the matter the FIRST day in court, without my husband even having to appear before the judge. He walked in on Monday morning and got my husband's probation reinstated and got the agreement to allow supervision transfer to another state before 10am. To say we we were amazed is a complete understatement. He is very professional and cares about his clients. My husband is able to return home to me because we put our trust in Mr. Haynes. If ever we need help again with anything like this, he will be the first person we will call.

I'm met roger 14 years ago when I first came to Texas from Brooklyn. After leaving New York I thought I could get a fresh start in Dallas. Not long after coming here, myself and three other friends were wrongfully indicted on aggravated assault charges due to the sympathetic ear of the d.a. and a police officer who was less than truthful. After meeting Roger and agreeing with his trial plans to find justice we hired him and I'm glad that we did. We were all found not guilty. After the trial several of the jury members came up and hugged us because after he stated our case they felt that justice had not started out in our favor but ended in it. I would like to think a situation like that would have kept me on the straight and narrow but it didnt. I have used Roger on multiple occasions to keep me from being incarcerated. I recommend him to everybody that I know and all of which have used him and have gained the same results that I have over the last 14 years. He's a unbelievable attorney with a skill set of drawing favor from jurors and drawing a favorable outcome from judges. Thank you for all you've done for me, my friends and my family. You are a good person with a great heart and a hell of a track record. For people like me who needed more than a second chance(I believe six chances) I'm glad you're great at what you do so that people like me can be better in the latter of part of my life!

I don't know where to start! Jus because when people take time out of there day to write a review? It's normally due to bad service. So I guess I'll start there! The service I received from mr. Lenoir was beyond exceptional. I got a felony dwi with a blood alcohol content at close to double the legal limit, reduced to a misdemeanor BEFORE trial. f you understood how difficult and serious the state takes cases like this you would understand how good he did by getting it reduced to a misdemeanor before ever having to threaten state with a trial. He is expensive! More than the other most prominent attorneys in Dallas.. But if you can afford it I would highly recommend him to you.. He not only saved my future, business, and life? He also saved me way more money that I would of paid in fines, court cost, and probation fees.. So in all actuality I ended up saving money by paying more for his service.. My criminal history was not good.. Did state jail time for violating a probation and he was able to convince the da tht I would be successful on probation this time and got it reduced, which never happens... I could write pages of good things about him and have no idea why he does not have a 10+ rating on here( which I think is paid advertising) Never late to court date, told me his strategy, and kept me informed. You can tell how much respect the judge and da attorneys had for him. He saved my life,

He told me the day of our 1st meeting what our defense strategy would be. He quoted me his cost and succeeded in winning the case using the defense he 1st laid out. I was inexperienced in the criminal defense arena but he made me feel I was represented and well defended. Hire this attorney and he will tell you how it is and what he believes will happen...and for me that is exactly what did happen.
