Mr Barrett came highly recommended through another prominent Dallas attorney. I was able to ask questions during a consultation and eventually hired his law firm to represent me. I have never been happier with an attorney. He knows his way around the court house and the court room both of which are extremely necessary in Dallas Texas. I would never use this guy. I called him to get some advice since my current lawyer is apparently unavailable on weekends for whatever reason. His website mentions a free consultation, and I would have been fully willing to switch lawyers if that's what was needed, but the moment he heard that I don't have money right now, he asked why we were talking and hung up. I get paid friday, guess I get to keep that money now. I will never use anyone from Barrett Law Firm, regardless of any future legal issues.

This is one of the best if not the best criminal defense attorney in Dallas County. He was kind, cordial, punctual at returning phone calls, and knew how to get the job done. I had gone through 2 different attorneys for the same case and they completely bundled my case up. When Mr. Barrett got on the case, I actually felt at ease and not pressured that I was headed toward a horrible outcome.
