After my family was hit with tragedy and so much heart ache and dispair. Having a lawyer that treats you with kindness, care is what you need. He helped our family for over 3 years to come to an outcome that is helpful for our children. He went above an beyond most attorneys will ever go for us. He put our kids above everything. He made sure every detail was done. To the re-enactment, lights, measurements, ad litems, and tons of meetings. He always talked calmly when my heart was racing over this tragedy. His respect and kindness will never be forgotten. I will recommend him a thousand times over. To me he is a hero that saved my kids in this mess.

We could not be more happy with the work that Andy Payne and his whole firm did for us. We had our worst nightmares come true after a terrible accident with an 18 wheeler where my 36 yr old husband, and father of 3 under 5, was disabled for life. We worked with Andy Payne to represent us when our kids were seriously injured in an accident involving a rock-hauler.
