It’s been a long process of non communication. It feels like you are chasing the legal team down just for an update. I need help on understanding my case the status of my case etc. I definitely have not received it especially lately. No one calls to see if you are okay as they claim. I have spoke with the CEO of the firm and he agreed this was unacceptable and seen the attempts I had made trying to reach my legal team that were unsuccessful and promised moving forward it wouldn’t this difficult reaching my legal team. Unfortunately it still is still no update on my case. I just need help I don’t feel like priority I feel like less important case. I see the other reviews and it amazes me how they have awesome feedback from the other clients because I have yet to feel what they feel with the firm that makes it questionable . At this point I will happy when this is over. I wouldn’t recommend this treatment to anyone.

I remember when Roger first started defending instead of prosecuting....I was charged with Agg. Kidnapping; Retaliation; and Agg. Assault w DW ...I met Roger...he was straight forward...did exactly as l asked....and we came out of trial with THREE NOT GUILTY VERDICTS!!! I have said good things about you over these past 20years Roger.... Good to see you still hold Integrity.

My experience with Thompson Law was awesome. From the time we called them in November 2018 to get on the case they were very helpful and informative.
