I slipped and fail I was at Walmart on about 7.30 Am I got up then morning to go and get eggs and bacon from Walmart to fix me some breakfast so I can eat me some breakfast walked into the store to get in one of the ride courts that you ride around and to do your shopping and I see the court I reach for it not seeing the water on the floor my feet’s-come from under me and I hit the ground some lady look and see me on the gran and i ask her to get me some help she went got a Walmart worker to help me off the ground and she Help me into the ride cart then she Told me too go with her up to the front so the manager can do a incident report when I got to the front I was there at least 15 to 20 minute it might have been 30 minutes but it took her a while to get there But when she got there she said it was not her job to write a incident report But by the time my hip was hurting so bad I asked them to call 911 and then she told me that they couldn’t dial 911 So a customer called 911 for me and hand me the phone the manager name was naiji And now when I drive I had Sharp pain up my leg On the right side Thanks to Thompson Law I feel much better Becky Villareal She has been really fighting for me she keep me up to day With what is going on she’s very carrying And you know they really do Car wrecks but when I call they did not turn me down on my slip and Fall Thank you Becky Villareal For being there for me I really appreciate you so very much for everything you have done for me again thank you so very much

I wish it was a lower rating. Im wondering as i read these reviews were they actually paid to write them cause my experience is not so well... im never called.. i have to do the calling just to see what's really going on.. um im NEVER informed... if i dont ask.. they wont tell.. Honestly this my first time in a wreck and this experience has really not been good..Never again..If it ever happens again this will not be a go to... and yes i spread the word.. i might not know who the best is....THIS AINT IT THO!

I can't say enough great things about Roger. He laid out my options, and always explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. He stood by my side and helped me through the roughest situation I've ever experienced. I wouldn't be where I am today without his help, and I can't thank him enough. I had an emergency case to be resolved in which timing was critical. The case was not about me but a friend of mine.
