I started my case and hired Jeffery in January 2022 and so much delay all the way until 2024 the courts were waiting on him to proceed with the case and he kept pushing it off and rescheduling until the courts finally set a date to approach the judge and Tim never told me about my court date and when I asked for a meeting to discuss what the game plan was, he never responded with a time and his assistance always said they’ll get back to me until two weeks before the court date when I fired him and had to spend another 10,000 to hire a new lawyer for my cases people warned me about hiring him that he has too much on his plate and can’t show you The attention your case needs Tries to handle the small cases and just collect the payments I was done paying him within the first year of hiring him and another Year and a half without any help with my Complete waste of money and time

A good court appointed lawyer who will really do the job you need...

He got my man 10 years probation on a drug case they were trying to give him 10 years to life in Jail for in Collin County. He pulled strings for him once when my man was put in jail for a warrant. He was only in jail for no longer then 4 hour. My only complaint is his front desk Assistant has poor communication. It seems like it’s her first front desk job in a lawyer office. I would definitely recommend Tim Jeffery to my family and friends.
