Kevin Wolfe - I contacted Wilhile Law on July 1, 2024. They were quick to have me sign their non-compete documents. I scanned my documents asap for my injury case that happened on May 24, 2024. Angie Gonzales was my representative and in talking to her, it was explained to her that I could not work due to my injury. She assured me and gave me a phone number to a lending company, Tomaka Funding, that would advance me money based on an estimated settlement, with the amount provided by Wilhite Law. After leaving Angie multiple messages to no avail, I wrote a letter, dated September 9, 2024, to Robert Wilhite explaining that I had used all of my available credit to live for the two months Wilhite Law had my case and I was out of money to survive. The certified (return receipt requested) letter was returned to me, a week later, unopened with "rejected" written on the receipt. Wilhite Law sent me a certified letter on September 24, 2024 explaining that they would no longer be representing me and all contracts were null and void. If they didn't think they could win the case, it should have been decided within the first week after they received my documentation. If they were too busy to represent me, I should have been notified immediately. So I have wasted three months, with no income, to find another lawyer and start all over again except now I have no available credit to live on.

Brad was very helpful and the initial process was easy . But now after 4 months in I'm going crazy with multiple chiropractor visits and back to back doctor visits . Good thing my injuries completely prevent me from working because I wouldn't be able to keep a job with the amount of time I'm going to all these places. Overall it looks like it's going to be a long process.
