I found David on a Google search for a Probate attorney. I was able to start a text message through his Google account and I like smart people who are keeping up with marketing and technology. I eventually connected with him by phone and he spent 30 minutes with me reviewing my situation and gave me a lot of advice and did not charge me anything. I ended up hiring him to do an Affidavit of Heirs and we were able to complete the documents and get them filled within a few days. He knows his stuff. I can highly recommend.

David is personable and easy to work with. He helped me get a title deed signed over to my name. He explained everything concisely and in layman's terms. He is also prompt, which is very sought after. The team at the office were also quite pleasant and happy to help with any questions. 10/10 go to David Leon !!

Mi pareja y yo tuvimos un caso con ella demanda por derechos de un inquilino total que al presentarnos con el juez el fue el que dio su declaración y la Abogada de la persona que estás demandando lo atacó y defendió a su cliente. Al momento de dar la declaración la otra persona nadie la interrumpió y dijo mentiras todo estaba a su favor totalmente. Incluso teníamos pruebas Suficientes para demostrar lo contrario pero en ningún momento se mostraron. No hubo defensa para mi pareja en ningún momento. Gracias por si presencia y servicio Abogada. CASO TOTALMENTE PERDIDO 😞 incluso en la casa había bastante moho y el alcantarillado y las pipas hechas un desastre me enferme debido a eso la dueña que demandamos dijo en corte q había arreglado el problema pero nunca mostró pruebas de que fue así debido a que nunca lo arregló me sentí tan impotente después de tanto esperar para nada nos sentimos ignorados totalmente cómo si no estuviéramos ahí en la corte. Salí muy decepcionada 😞

Dave has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person I’ve dealt with in this past year. I thought I had everything handled and good to move forward after my fathers death, but when I found out I didn’t, Dave answered all of the many questions I had, he was very responsive by phone, text and e-mail, and he was on board, ready to ride the waves with me. And these were some gigantic waves. Thankfully, the easy stuff was already taken care of, but I know that I wouldn’t have been able to arrange documents for probate court or clearing a lien on my dads property. I was on an extremely short timeline to have everything completed, as I was buying a home of my own, but who would have known that having a property quit claimed with a hefty lien to you would hurt the process. Dave didn’t hesitate and was always one step ahead of me. He played hard ball with the OAG, and even though we didn’t win as big as we wanted to, we still won- and that counts! David Leon helped relieve so much pressure from all the headache I was dealing with but most of all he helped get my fathers estate under control and resolved, even within my short timeframe. David was able to answer all my questions and gave guidance on what steps I should take in a difficult situation . I have him on my contact list now because I will definitely need his assistance in the future.
