We had a Criminal Case that he would appeal. We had only one chance to appeal and within a time frame of 30 days to enter that with the courts. He said many points he will investigate and make the appeal strong on my LOs behalf. No he did not do that at all. What he did was throw the case to another Lawyer which was never discussed when he took the case. The main Client was my loved one in Jail and since he didn't speak English he never contacted him. The other Lawyer basically didn't do anything. Both lawyers ignored my loved one and us after we basically paid $13,000 to Jeffreys office. He knew when he took the case the Client was Spanish speaking and he said not to worry he had Astrid that could translate. TIM JEFFREYS LIED TO MY FAMILY AND THE ONE CHANCE WE HAD TO APPEAL WAS IN HIS HANDS AND NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO APPEAL AGAIN!!! THANK YOU TIM JEFFREY FOR NOT CARING FOR MY LO AND US THAT PAID ALL THAT MONEY BECAUSE WE BELIEVED YOU!!!

Dave helped us with my mother's estate. She had land in TX and none of us live in TX. Dave and his staff were professional, patient in answering all questions, and experts in knowing how to handle our situation, especially with me living in another state (Tennessee).
