Nunca me gusta hablar mal de algo, pero honestamente estos abogados lo merecen, en ningún momento se interesaron en mi, me mandaron a una clínica, dijeron que no tenía que pagar nada que estaba asociada a ellos y al final solo me dijeron que mi caso no se podía procesar por la única falla que no encontraban el seguro de un tráiler que me chocó, si un tráiler sin seguro, no lo podía creer, al final tuve que pagar de mi bolsa tanto la clínica para mí esposa y mi y mi camioneta, pésimo servicio, solo ellos ganan

This started March 4 th 2024 the driver was at fault they kept sending me to have the same test ran over and over again I told them I wanted to fire them and get another lawyer they said I couldn't now they say they paid all the doctor bills and I have nothing left can I sue them Stacy crider

I don't ever usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to in order to let other people know if they're considering this law firm. I am 26 and I had my first accident and have never experienced anything with claims and cases and I went with this law firm and I got to say it was the worst experience. Lack of communication, lack of updating, don't know what had happened but the assistant that was helping me had left and the new assistant that took over couldn't find my files. To top it off, they didn't really help much with the case and they didn't do a great job as far as gathering supportive information. I wouldn't consider this place, find a better lawyer.

In May of 23 my mom was involved in a slip and fall accident where she injured her back and chipped a tooth, she was rushed to the hospital by the ambulance where they assessed the situation. A few days later we contacted Reyes Law, They agreed to take up my Moms case pro bono as a slip and fall accident. At first there was good communication and they seemed to make progress, they assured us we had a strong case and that they were working hard to reach a settlement. Now during this time my mom was dealing with back pain, they offered here therapy sessions only for the place to close down a month later. My mom was battling a blood infection which I did communicate with them about. Sadly this blood infection made its way to the open wound my mom received during the fall accident, it was bad enough where she was taken to the hospital by my older brother and I and she needed to be carried out of the house. They told me to not worry and keep them updated which I did, they even communicated with my mom multiple times while in the hospital that they were working hard to reach a settlement for her. This is where my moms health started to decline. One night while at the hospital during the late hours she tried to get up and use the restroom, again she fell that night and I woke up to a call that morning that my mom had fallen. She had already been prepped to have her wound healed/ cleaned and a fusion done to her spine, but this fall made things more complicated. Now my mom is diabetic so being in the hospital for around 3 months while she recovers and received physical therapy, her ability to walk was limited considering the surgery she had just undergone. She got discharged in November of ‘23 and was making good progress to getting back on her feet, but the infection still lingered. The place they did surgery got infected and my mom was back to being in pain and back in the hospital… this was a stressful time as Reyes Law did not have an update for her regarding the status of her slip in fall that happened in May. During the months of January-May ‘24 my Mom was back in fourth in the hospital dealing with the reoccurring infection, as being a diabetic in her early 60s her body couldn’t recover fast enough… topple that with the fact that she’s been bed bound for almost half a year… all that took a toll on her body. I lost my May of ‘24 to a heart attack she suffered in the hospital,
They managed to resuscitate her but at the cost of fracturing her fragile ribs… she was on an incubator, and as a family, we made the hard choice to let her rest and not suffer anymore. Up to this point there had been no update to my Moms case. I called them later that day talling them my mom had passed and if they had made progress on the case, apparently there was someone else named Enrico who took over without giving us a notice that Monse was no longer looking over my moms case.. Enrico asked for my moms death certificate which took a little over a month to receive from the hospital. I then sent it to Enrico which he said”thanks I’ll forward this to the paralegal team”. I get a call sometime in September asking from information over my mom saying they never received anything from me, and to my surprise it wasn’t Enrico who was in charge of my moms case anymore as Monserrat was back and handling her case again… Depression was settling in and being frustrated at the Reyes Law team didn’t help my mental stability/ health. I re-sent them the information they needed only to get a call a few weeks later saying that they were going to drop my moms case; the reason was that they couldn’t prove that the slip and fall caused all this”. Which to my understanding is why factor in the fall accident she had at the hospital for what happened at the restaurant? The slip and fall was a case on its own. I’m so frustrated at the way Reyes law mishandled the situation… I lost my Mother and they were not willing to fight for her. It’s all a butterfly effect and if that fall had never happened she would have still been by my side today.

this company i would not recommend. They get your case in the beginning and then never respond after. Constantly tell you they are working. has a simple fender bender case drag out two years. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! -5 stars they transfer your case from rep to rep you never have one person handling it
