The fact that my wreck happened at beginning of Jan 2017 and we are entering Jan 2018. I feel like it has been a very long time and for them to tell me well that not long in the legal world at all. Was very rude to me, i understand it the holidays and all but the lack of communication throughout my case journey has been very little I have to call every day or email before anyone contacts me and then when I do reach someone they act like I'm nagging them or annoying them. My experience has been not too satisfying

My sister and I used different attorneys for the same accident - she came out much better than me. the person who worked on my case had 200 300 more cases and i felt like a number, i submitted all receipts for my treatment (stuff which i would get on the side for my pain) and the assistant didn't bother submitting them, My sister got reimbursed for everything. and just so you know you do not have an attorney helping you, it is an assistant who has a lot more to do.

I'm giving the firm a 3 because of the communication and felt that it took too long.

This law firm was very helpful on our case they were very understand on everything that happened and also took care of us on our time in need. Thank you Reyes law firm for everything and also ms Judy thank you for your patience

I have been with Reyes,Browne and Reilley since November of 2015. The first few months went ok and everything felt like it was rolling. The past few months I have been working mainly with "Christine Lopez". All I kept hearing were broken promises and It takes time James which I highly understand but then my case was needing to be sent to another law firm to file suit. I was told this shouldn't take but a couple days for someone to contact me. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS!!!!! The I called and spoke to Christine Lopez yesterday and told her I haven't been contacted and she said she would Email me the info to the new Law firm that is taking my case? I still haven't gotten an email from her? I am very displeased with this Firm and feel I've been put on the back burner and anyone who is reading this save urself the time and money. seems with this place ur another number and another DOLLAR!!!

First I was never without someone to speak to and phone calls were always returned the same day. Any questions I had were never wrong to ask and everyone is very nice, professional and remembers your name treating you like a neighbor or friend. Dr. appointments, prescriptions, and therapy were handled by these professionals so you have nothing to worry about except getting better. I would refer this firm to anyone who needs help. I have never really heard great things about attorneys BUT this firm changed my mind. Thank you everyone.

My wife had a case with them. This old man pretending to be the attorney Reyes showed up to the doctors office we were at and was so nasty he cursed at us the entire time reminding us how he didn't want to be there and he was a veteran. RED FLAG NO.1! She went through 4 case workers in a matter of a few months. SECOND RED FLAG. Every time she called the rude receptionist put her on hold for at least 5 minutes. We never spoke with our lawyer although we requested to many times. RED FLAG. We asked to speak with the manager I think the name was marissa she also never called. We went in to the office a few weeks ago to pick up our file and there was some lady gossiping about her coworker in front of us to the receptionist who was using foul language saying she can't believe she left her job to work at this firm . I will never recommend this office to anyone! Unprofessional to say the least!

Am very satisfied with the end result of my insurance claim. The initial stress that I experienced prior to retaining Spencer Brown and Marty Matthews was overwhelming. After explaining the options available to me, I felt confident in their advice and will reccommend them to friends and if I myself need legal advice in the future, they will be my first contact.
