Randy seems like a smart, honest lawyer. I personally like him. Unfortunately, I know little about our legal systems, so I'm very dependent on him to be my advocate in a difficult law suite.

Yr 1995-Randy was successful in negotiating 50% payment on owed commissions without litigation. Yr 1999-Randy successfully litigated in Federal court against DirecTV for refusal to pay service fees on contract. Randy is very competant and knowledgable with the law in general. He has reviewed many contracts and agreements that my company has entered into over the last fifteen years, and he continues to give me excellent advise in many areas, corporately and personally. I highly recommend him and his firm.
