I paid this lawyer $6500 and in return i received extremely poor legal representation. I would not recommend Stephen Karns unless you are an officer with plenty of money to throw away. He did not fight for my justice or give me any advice that would have helped my case. He got the money and then left everything up to his unfriendly paralegal, Rob.
