I cannot say enough great things about my attorney team Adam Mundt and Francesca Blackard, as well as everyone else at the firm! They gave me the time that I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered; they were incredibly prompt in responses; they gave me sound legal advice and in my case, what was most important to me, was that despite their advice, they respected my decisions on a couple of components regarding my divorce. What a wonderful group of legal professionals! I brought my sister, Jana, to this practice to address her unusually difficult divorce and custody proceedings, and they produced results beyond our expectations. I’ve been working with Brandon on divorce and custody issues. I have been really blown away by Brandon’s dedication to his clients and the knowledge he brings to the case. I feel confident that he would get a preferred outcome with the results I’ve seen thus far. Brandon stayed up till 11:30 the same day we met to get our petition filed so we could have the main petition. His efforts beat my wife’s law firm because they took upwards to weeks to complete their petition and respond in general. They are a smaller experienced law firm, but you can tell their level of expertise is no where near what McClure Law Group provides to their clients. I would highly recommend Brandon and the team here as I’ve had a great experience during tough times.

I worked with Francesca on a prenup with my fiancé. Though it was by far the most expensive person I have found to work on a prenup, I will say she does not sugar coat. I do have more emails for my bills than I do from Francesca or her team, but if you have the money, I’d definitely suggest using her and the McClure office to fight for you.

Update: My initial review was 5 stars. However, after they took on my case quickly and prepped for mediation/settlement, they were rushed and sloppy after. My final decree left me screwed and they were quick to shut my case and tell me there was nothing more they could do for me once the divorce was signed and filed with the court. They do not own their mistakes and are quick to turn every blame on the client (much like my ex-husband did to me). I am left with no way to get my very little bit of settlement and no help from the attorneys I paid good money for. I would never recommend this group to anyone.

We've had our issues with the process, but they have helped to get us the information we needed to get through our case.

Francesca and Buck were phenomenal. They stood out for their professionalism and empathy. They listened and put my needs first. I am so grateful that I chose them to handle my case as they were able to successfully manage my mediation with terms that were settled in my favor for the things that were most important to me.

I didn't hire McClure Law Group as their initial consultation was going to cost $440 to $600, and a $15k retainer fee on top if I chose to work with them. This is dramatically more expensive than other local divorce attorneys. I'll be hiring a different divorce attorney for this reason alone.

McClure Law Group is amazing! The lawyers really know what they are doing. Kate, is very relatable and will always provide a sound opinion and judgment. I could trust her and knew she had my best interest.
