Mr. Judin upon hiring him told me that my case was weak and that he would get it dismissed especially because his wife works in that district and they know him. "I get my way"...were his words just to sucker me in and hire him. After all was said and done with everything in my favor after he was fully paid my case wasn't worth fighting for any longer. Now Im struggling to find work.

Hank Judin III claims to file expungement petitions for DiVERT court graduates “Pro Bono” as his way to “give back to the recovery community”. However he claims he only asks for the filing fee. He quotes ~$1000. The actual fee to file the petition pro se is < $300.
The petition template took less then 30min to fill out with information readily available and there is no additional charge for using an e-filing service.

I am so honored to write this review highlighting the service I received with Attorney C.H. "Hank" Judin III. He gave me hope throughout my entire process. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get this case dismissed, and guess what? Twenty minutes ago, he called me and gave me the best news ever "DISMISSED!!". Attorney Hank is great at what he does. He is very professional while still being down to earth and caring. I would and will be recommending him to ALL my friends and family.
