Robert and his staff were amazing. They were smart, efficient, and kind while I was going through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Robert helped guide me through the process and provided pros and cons to various options, always keeping my priorities in mind and recommending the most efficient, effective method to achieve my goals. Divorce is a hard thing, but having a good attorney makes all the difference.

I hired Armstrong Law to represent in me in a custody and divorce hearing. They have big name lawyer prices but young and inexperienced lawyers who will tell you everything is fine and to have no worries about your hearing. None of what my lawyer told me ended up being true about what to expect from the judge and she was walked all over by the respondent's older, more experienced attorney. Before the hearing was over she was texting on her phone in court while we were waiting for the judge's orders.

I cannot recommend Epstein Family Law group enough! They were all very easy to communicate with during any point in the week. They clearly have a good system in place no matter how busy their schedule gets. They worked well with myself (the client) but also had great relationships with opposing counsel which was helpful. If you are looking for someone to understand your position and give you the best pathway to achieve your goal I would highly recommend the Epstein Family Law PC group.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert, Jordan and everyone else who helped with my case. I was always helped promptly and patiently, with honesty and understanding. Robert has been my attorney since 2015. He represented me in a court hearing during a highly contested divorce in 2017. Robert’s courtroom knowledge and skills in front of a judge are impressive, and I never want to go to court again without Robert at my side! Robert also represented me during our parent child modification in 2018 resulting in me being a full time single father of our 11 year old daughter. In 2023 my ex-wife hired her third aggressive attorney demanding parenting time after 5 years of absence as a parent and not wanting to participate in reunification counseling, but I stayed with my same attorney who knew our history and Robert turned the tables in which the case was dropped. But then we countered asking for unpaid medical reimbursement since 2019 and attorney fees, which we were awarded and the judge complemented our preparation thanks to Robert’s dedication to his clients. Robert genuinely cares not only about his clients but also what’s in the best interest for the children. If you need the best family attorney, especially if you are facing a court appearance, you have found him! In the past years I have literally put my life in Robert’s hands and I will do it again!

I hired the firm to represent me in my divorce and worked w/ Valencia. They were highly ranked & thought it would be a good fit after the initial consultation. However I feel as though the work wasn't very proactive in advising what scenario and what is needed for it to be done. I specifically had an issue with the child custody agreement ... my ex wasn't responding to the decree request so I asked for temporary order to be drawn.. I send in all my docs for discovery and 6 business days before we are set for hearing ... I was asked to pay an additional retainer of 5k... in addition to the one already on file... this was not discussed at all prior to me requesting ... as the contract states an additional retainer may be required if it goes to trial... I speak with Valencia and she advises that it wasn't requested upfront due to people filing grievances and didn't want it to appear as work was being withheld. I can understand that however I paid for docs to be drawn that I wouldn't have needed if I was told about the additional retainer upfront. Couple hundred in docs later and I have to cancel the request for Temporary Orders. The lack of information upfront ultimately made me settle on an arrangement I didn't want. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend or use again. Unless you have $ to just give away ... As a law firm my expectation was to advise of what I want and the lawyer guides and counsels based on knowing the law. I did not receive that. Family Law is complicated and a divorce is stressful enough. It's important to go with a firm that understands and advises as much as possible upfront.

I just went through a very contentious divorce. There were a lot of variables involved, including child custody and separate estates. I'm glad I went with Robert Epstein after interviewing several firms. Robert is methodical and diligent, which is who you want when things get complicated. He's constantly available when communication is needed. Robert is compassionate and supportive for those that do need these qualities in difficult times.

Mr. Epstein genuinely cares. And he and his team go above and beyond for you as there client. He knew how to prepare me and put my mind at ease and how I would be questioned, something that is normally terrifying. He is excellent at responding and keeping you in the loop of what is going on. And no issue is too small, no matter the nature of it. He is very direct and realistic about matters and doesn’t sugar coat things. He uses all your facts and truths and will absolutely fight for you. I trust him and his firm 100%.
