Mr. Karns is worth every penny! I am a Soldier of 17 1/2 years, 4 deployments , drill SGT, Bronze Star, 2 MSM and a very successful warfighter. I was being recommended for an involuntary separation under ART 14-12c Commission of a Serious Offense (Fraternization, Obstruction of Justice, Dereliction of Duty , failure to Report a Sexual Assault and Intent to purchase or destribute an illegal or prescription drug). I am an MP and some of my Soldiers got in trouble, CID confiscated all their phones and discovered through all their text messages that all of the above charges might have occurred. In total, 9 of my MP soldiers were Involuntary Seprated with either General discharges or Other than Honorable using the military assigned legal counsel. My command team had recommended Separation with other than honorable conditions. I hired Mr Karns about 6 months ago to represent me and he rigorously worked on my case. I had my separation board yesterday and the Board members recommended that not only that I shouldn't be separated but they also recommended that another investigation be open to find out what went wrong and why I was charged Initially. Mr. Karns is one of the best lawyers out there. As soon as I made contact with Mr. Karns, he did absolutely everything he could to help me. I was in a situation that did not look favorable at all, but Mr. Karns put in the effort and hard work to turn my situation around. In the end, my case was successfully solved. Not only was he professional, patient, and informative, but he was also motivated to prove my innocence no matter how long it took. He did a fantastic job, I cannot complain.

Mr. Karns is top notch. When I first hired his services, he hit the ground running and helped put me at ease with my situation. He was very patient, showed care and a vested interest in my situation. His paralegal named Rob was always professional and pleasant to deal with. On the fee agreement, he did not use fine print, it was all pretty clear and spelled out as to what would be covered, so there were absolutely no surprises when it came to our fee agreement. Mr. Karns was able to close my situation before any charges came about. Based on my situation, I was clearly innocent of what they were trying to accuse me of, and Mr. Karns made sure to spell that out to them. I don't know how Mr. Karns is, I never got to that point. I called seeking a consultation regarding my daughters case who is in the military. I received a call back from a paralegal who had to be the rudest person I have spoken with in a while. After a two minute review, that's with me speaking and no questions from him, he decided it was not worth continuing and effectively said it was not winnable. He then quickly said that Mr. Karns trial schedule looks very busy and it doesn't appear that he could take on anything new. Great Job Rob or Bob or whatever your name was, you represent your "aggressive defense" attorney well! My impression is that if you have an easily winnable case, he is your man, I guess if it needs a bit of arguing, seek elsewhere??

Mr. Karns did an excellent job for me. I stopped worrying soon after he got on the case after I saw how aggressive he was about finding out what was going on. He came up with a smart strategy for me and I trusted him. Everything he said was exactly what happened. Eventually, my case was dismissed and I have no criminal record. I could not have been happier with how things turned out.
