I am so thankful to have had Daniel as my attorney. I had an abusive spouse and needed to get a restraining order, Daniel was able to get it for me. Daniel was also able to get me a quick divorce even thought my ex tried to get their attorney(an ex-judge) to make to process take longer to give me hell. I recommend Daniel 100%

If I could do one star I would. He did not responde to me when I would call or email. He would avoid me constantly. I was told about him from a friend and I told another friend and he doesn't has respect to call anyone back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Its people like this man; who give lawyers a terrible name. If you or anyone you know is looking for a lawyer, please, I warn you, STAY AWAY from this one. He will literally take your money, and NEVER call you. Instead, you will find yourself taking days off from your job to go to his office, only to be brushed out of his office as if he doesn’t have time for you, or your case. I would call this man day after day, and send him text messages, and get zero response back. He is the MOST frustrating attorney to deal with. Regrettably, upon realizing who I had just hired, I looked him up on Google to read some of his reviews, and sure enough most reviews all said the same thing – he takes your money and runs, and never calls you back. It took him FOUR MONTHS to accomplish what he said wouldn’t take more than 2 weeks, and that was only because I was persistent, because if I wasn't, he would not have lifted a single finger. This poor excuse for a ‘lawyer’ is the worst attorney in all of Dallas. Of course this is all just my personal opinion, based on my experience dealing with him. But I warn you, I am not alone in thinking this

Single mother trying to obtain custody lawyer Dan Sullivan did nothing for me he didn't even know my children's name when he went to court for me one day. He had name spelled wrong dates incorrect I would never return my phone calls did absolutely nothing for me. If you are looking to choose this lawyer I would think five times harder and choose somebody else poor poor Professional Service

Don't hire this attorney. He took my money $3,000. After he got the money, He did not answer my calls, I had to use different phones to reach him, I had to be around his office for hours trying to catch him. He never check my case, I had to do everything. He always had excuses for not working. One day when I caught him in his office and ask him for explanations about my case, He took me out of the office. I had to go alone with my divorce and fight alone and I received the most unfair final divorce decree. Additionally He showed up in court in the last day and told the judge that he has to abandon my case without explanations.

Don't hire this attorney he is a total fail as one he didn't do anything with my uncle's case and he was always late to the court.. When he would call him he never answered his calls and he never resolved his case..

Dan Sullivan is a very good ,wonderful Attorney! He help me with my son getting him out of jail when NO OTHER ATTORNEY could, He fights for your case and stand behind everything he does with you on your case. I personally refer him to everyone he's fast on what he does I wouldn't change my attorney for nothing I highly let everyone know that he is best Attorney I know.

don't hire this attorney for nothing his a really bad attorney the only thing that he will do is take your'e money and don't work on your'e case .in my case he just took the money and never work in my case I was in jail and my husband call him to let him know that I was in jail he never pick up the phone so my husband hire a really good attorney that bail me out in less than 4 hours .so I was out of jail and call mr Daniel and the receptionist told me that he was not at the office I knew it was a lie so I went to the office he was there I went to tell him that how was my case going and he told me I just check your'e case everthing looks okay I told him how can everthing look fine I was in jail and you didn't do anything or knew that I was in jail I told him that he was fired and I wanted my money back he dind't wanted to give my money back and he insult me and he was saying bad words.

His knowledge of the law and processes of the courts were a relief during what I was expecting to be an extraordinarily stressful situation. I am a father of three and so far Mr. Sullivan's expertise has helped keep my children safe from their mothers abusive home and in my custody. If you need a passionate, professional attorney, I recommend Mr. Sullivan, he is worth every penny.

Highly recommend mr. Sullivan while i was in need for an attorney to fight for me and help me in my time of need he did just that kept me informed with every step we took and fought for me and my children in court every time i have since then sent my family members to him as well i love his friendly and loving staff member's as well could have asked for a better outcome then attorney sullivan

I hired Mr. Sullivan, but after he received the first payment, I never heard from him again. He didn't show up to my hearings, and he never followed through with what he said he would do when we first met. I was forced to hire another attorney to take this guy's place. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dan was truly one of the most caring and compassionate people imaginable at one of the most difficult times in my life. His compassion kept the situation from becoming acrimonious and my ex-husband remains one of my best friends in the world.
