Moral, Genuine, Caring, Prepared, Intelligent, Encouraging, Influential, Respectful---these are words that are normally not associated with lawyers. However, Susanne Sullivan knocks this list out of the ball park. I am not only excited she is representing me in me my case, but I'm proud to have ever met her. She has always been honest and forthright in her advice to me (no matter how sensitive the subject). When an employer has bullied you, treated you illegally, and made you feel the way that I felt, many people are scared to fight. They want to quit and give up. I had no clue there were so many laws that protected me as an employee from being over worked and underpaid, and otherwise mistreated. At every turn, Ms. Sullivan has been prepared to handle a challenge and fight for me. She's given me back the confidence that was taken away from me, and changed my opinion of lawyers. I couldn't be more proud to be represented by her.

I have worked with Susanne on several employment matters. Her in-depth knowledge of the law makes her a force to be recokoned with. Not only does she understand the subject matter, but she understands how employers think, which makes her that much more effective!

Ms. Sullivan handled my litigation against a former employer. The case was complex, spanning over more than three years and multiple charges. She made what should have appeared to be a soap opera (with MANY bad actors and multiple names and dates to remember) look like a breeze! She thoroughly reviewed and studied my case and in the end, she knew the names, dates and events even better than I did. Ms. Sullivan was extremely responsive via phone and email. She was professional and patient with all my questions regarding the specific laws and the events of the case as they unfolded. The breadth and depth of her knowledge from both sides of the table (representing employer and employee at different times) made her an invaluable asset to have at my side through the entire situation. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
