I reached out to Van Wey Law on behalf of an employee that possibly experienced medical malpractice. I chatted with someone through the website and was told I would receive a phone call "right now." I waited...and waited. No call. I chatted again with a different person through the website, they again said I would receive a call but I didn't. I think they outsource their chat to someone overseas. I then called directly and was transferred to Laura N. She had a difficult time understanding the situation which was very frustrating. I told her I will call her back with my employee on the phone so she can explain her situation and seek legal counsel. Laura gave me her direct phone number. I called back the next day and left a voicemail for Laura. I never received a call back or follow-up. Then today I received an email saying they didn't have enough information and could not represent my employee. Well, correct, you don't have enough information because no one calls back and cares to get more information. This firm is not run well. Van Wey Law seeks to represent people that are going through a very tough time in their lives and manages to only make it more frustrating and difficult. I would recommend you seek a different firm for counsel.
