Peggie is so great!!! I was involved in a hit and run accident from behind, I was out of work for about 80 hours. Peggie helped the police find the guy that hit me from behind, and got him to take responsibility. She helped with finding doctors for me that helped me rehabilitate and get me back to work. She always answered all my calls and questions I had for her. I wasn't sure if I would get any type of settlement due to my medical bills being high, but she got them to reduce the bills in half and I got a really good settlement. With the settlement I received, I am able to open my own business and I am truly grateful to her for that!!!!

I just wanted to thank my lawyer Kay at Van Wey, Metzler & Williams, PLLC. for taking on my personal injury case. I honestly thought there was no hope for someone to take on my case to help me pay my chiropractor bills and x-rays bills. Keep in mind my case was over two years old and Kay took 4 months to get it completed. I wish this would have taken less time but there was a process and many delays.This was a case that was not my fault and I had a running tire on the highway and hit the front on my vehicle. I had a good experience talking to Peggy and she is very pleasant with the process and very organized. I was in a car accident and had no idea how to navigate the system to get my bills paid and insurance payouts. Peggy Blake was so kind and patient and took the time to explain everything and get everything taken care of.

I was treated with such respect and courtesy by Kay and her team. Peggy, took care of everything for me. I was sent to excellent doctors and I can't say enough about this group. Highly recommend!

I have had the privilege to work here and I have seen what they are capable of. The lawyers are attentive with their clients and know each and every client they take on. I know one of the lawyers personally and she knows what she is doing. She makes every effort to give what her clients need. With that being said, I am very grateful for this law firm.

My husband was in a car wreck and Van Wey, Metzler & Williams made the process so easy! They provided communication along the way and processed everything so quickly!

I called them to see if they would take my case and went through the initial phone questions. The woman I spoke with said that I would get a call from them in a few days. After a week and a half, I called them back and I was told that Tom would call me as soon as he was off the phone. That was weeks ago. A simple call telling me that they were not going to help me would have been fantastic. Even telling me when I called them would have been great. But I guess that a 100% disabled veteran doesn't deserve the simplest courtesy from this firm.
