As my children have grown up, my son has chosen to live w/ me (Dad) full time and daughter who is still in High School lives w/ her Mom. While I should have stopped paying Child Support when the kids made that decision, was not aware until I got Jay involved of my opportunities. He was instrumental in helping my ex and eventually her opposing Counsel understand the basis for eliminating altogether such that I no longer make payments altogether having told my ex I will not seek child support the last 2 years when my daughter goes off to College in exchange for stopping child support now! Jay was outstanding in getting this resolved quickly w/o court involvement!
