After my wife died in October 2024 my legal documents needed to be redone. I had prior work done at Pyke & Associates several years ago and now contracted with them to redraw my will, powers of attorney, and get their advice about the revocable trust which my wife and I drew up years ago. The attorney assigned to work with me was Herman Moncure. After our first meeting I was convinced that he understood my needs. He then redrew them to my complete satisfation. In our review he carefully answered my questions and explained why a Declaration of Gurdianship was also needed. It was all done professionally. I can easily recommend the Pyke attorneys for legal family documents.

Herman is resource and his expertise was instrumental throughout our trust planning and execution. I look forward to continuing to work with him and his firm.

If you are going to work with Pyke & Associates don’t utilize Jeff Crouch. He was unprepared, never consulted us as clients, showed up to court with out proper documentation and essentially could not get a simple Guardianship transfer approved. Had he consulted us as clients like our new Attorney, maybe he would have suggested a different approach. Awful experience, he’s a waste of time and money and wanted more money to file a new application for Guardianship Vs Approving the Transfer. The only difference is the paper. All the facts were the same

James Balen at Pyke & Associates did a great job handling the probate of my mother’s will. The firm is very organized. They were able to handle all steps of the probate remotely since I live out of town. They also outlined all the responsibilities of being an executor. This has been very helpful.
