I had a great consultation call with attorney Zecharias Embaye today about setting up my new business. He was so personable and easy to talk to. He has a way of explaining complex legal issues in a very clear way that even a layman like myself could follow. He cleared up a lot of confusion for me on key differences between LLCs and C Corps that all my time on Google never could.
I feel way more focused as a result of the call.
