The process has been so slow! But overall I love my case manager. Jackie has been very supportive in answering my questions and helping me. I couldn't have asked for a more better case manager than Jackie. I thank her for being here for me when I needed to ask questions!

Every time I called I got this nice little old lady on the phone but you seem to have the same messages every time I also talked to a young girl who was very very informative as well I'm hoping that the doctor's information that you were getting regarding my wife was available through Dr Glock I don't know if he's still alive or still in business it's been a long time as it has been a long time over 15 years since I lost her some of the questions I was not able to answer I just hope things work out positively for the both of us

The suit I’m involved in is a huge class action so some things may just not be possible, but I can’t seem to find out how much the firm will take out of the settlement for themselves and it’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone.
