As much as I truly appreciate you, I find it difficult to post very much because I have not received any resolution or much information regarding my Mother's, Alicia Armenta Flores', case.

Nachawati Law firm has always been professional, reliable, and attentive to their clients. They keep their word when told that they will return my calls or get back to me information I've requested. Ms. Jackie Thorne is the most kindest, patient and personable individual. She's very knowledgeable of what's going on with my claim and does her best to make sure that I have a good understanding.

I hired these people several years ago on behalf of my brother regarding the Bard IVC Filter. I lost my dear brother in 2020. We finally received a settlement package earlier this year with a deadline to review, sign and return to them. Although we were highly disappointed with the settlement they were offering we decided to agree so we can get this behind us. Lo and behold we still haven’t received anything from them and are being told that they are still waiting on other people to turn in their package. (What was the deadline for?) This law firm has been very very slow to respond if at all, they keep passing the buck to someone else who in turn passes the buck back to them. Very frustrating I will never use this law firm again.

They have been really warm and understanding in my experience with them. They care,.. I'm hopeful for my settlement soon.

Unprofessional, Terrible, horrible law firm!!!! They will drag out your case and get you little to nothing even if you are in fact injured badly and the other driver was found to be at fault. They are terrible about communication!
