I've had the pleasure of working with Majed Nachawati on numerous cases for over five years. He remains my go to attorney for mass tort/bad drug cases. He knows the law, knows the science, and works tirelessly for his injured clients. Mass tort cases are not easy. It is important to hire an attorney with the experience and knowledge necessary to take on large pharmaceutical companies. Majed is that attorney. That is why he is the first call I make when a potential mass tort case crosses my desk.

I just want to express my appreciation for this Law Firm for representing my youngest son's wrongful death case pro bono. One of the partners - Majed - not ONLY took the time to research the case and file all the necessary documents, but was present at the hearing to present the case. He was very professional and of course won the case for my son's survivors. I'm not sure I would have ever known how to go about taking this to court, but with the advice and counseling of THIS firm we were successful. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a professional team to represent them. Paid for a consult, set an appointment and waited a week for an appointment i had paid for. I had an incredibly simple question just asking which forms would be needed to begin a case (one which the details were already fully provided on). The only response i got was that I would have to pay more money to get that information. complete waste of time.
