I truly have no major complaints except it would be helpful to receive monthly updates. I have been involved in this lawsuit for at least 4 years & have gone for months with no update. Even a simple statement that there is "no movement on this case" would be very welcome. The months there is more info then you could forward that info as it happens.
I know this has been very frustrating for all involved due to J&J's shenanigans. I don't require a lot of hand holding but updates would be appreciated.

Last talked to Ali...informative and easy to talk to. My only question is will this ever be resolved or is J&J filing for bankruptcy to stiff all litigants?

I appreciate how I've been kept informed of my claim. I'm am eagerly awaiting to be compensated as this whole ordeal with the talc trials is taking a long time in being settled. I thank you for all you are doing to help all of us affected by this product.

I know there are a lot of us involved in this lawsuit but Nachawati Law Group has done a great job at keeping us informed. I did not ever feel like a grain of sand on the beach. I felt like they heard me and saw me . Thank you!

At first I had a hard time trying to get information about my case, but within several attempts I was finally able to speak with, Ms.Jackie Thorne who was very helpful and informative, patient and professional, I appreciate her insight concerning my case, it's been a long hard road, we clients are ready for this to be done & over, please get those checks out to us we've been waiting for a long time! Well what can I say, I haven't received any settlement from my case yet. They need to be more informative to their clients. It's like after you contact them, that's when they give you information. I have nothing else to say.
