I had what seemed to be a simple property dispute over a vehicle with a local used car salesman. Mrs. Giblin immediately reclassified the case to allow for stiffer penalties against the company and also sent a letter of intent to file suit. The owner of the company responded immediately willing to settle out of court. That letter was to the point, revealing our intent to sue, and for what reasons. The settlement was more than I had expected and guess what, she was always considerate of what I wanted out of the settlement. I would recommend Mrs. Giblin for taking the worries out of this legal case, as she is highly professional, very courteous, and most important, knows the law. If you hire this attorney, expect great results if your case is supported by law. Also, Andrea, her paralegal, was very courteous when I went for a consultation. She informed me of the reasons why the case was solid, the process, and what would be expected. I thank her for her great work, and especially, her communication skills in settling any doubts about the firms legal ability.
