I had a case with this firm. Most fathers only end up with some sort of standard agreement however Mr Nacol stuck with me throughout the whole custody case and I ended up with full custody. I did have my doubts at several times during the custody battle however Mr Nacol did not cookie cut anything and made no promises he gave it to me straight and thats what I want from representation. I do recommend this firm.

I was in one of those "Too Good to Leave, Too Bad to Stay" scenarios where I loved my wife dearly but knew the marriage was over. I would have been easier if I didn't love her, didn't rise two kids with her and had over 20 years invested in the relationship. Mark was the third lawyer I interviewed. Like many people, I had a distrust of those who work in this profession. The other lawyers I talked two gave me a used car salesman vibe, no direct answers and no plan of action. Mark was different. He is simple. He is honest. He is direct. He was exactly what I needed to keep me grounded. From our first consultation, he had a plan of action. He and his staff kept me up to date on it and made sure I didn't stray too far away when I came up with my own ideas. Now two years later, I have happily moved on with my life. Divorce is a hard, emotional process. I can't imagine going through it without Mark and his entire staff at Nacol Law.

Mark Nacol was extremely rude on our consultation for no apparent reason. Perhaps he was taking something else out on me. Least he didn't charge for it but I cannot recommended him because of the attitude he showed me.

They are awesome people, and very good at their jobs! The first place to go if you need someone on your side!

I listened to a video on YouTube of one of the attorneys and he talked about fathers rights. I’m in the middle of a custody case so that gave me hope. I’m looking for an attorney to represent me in my quest for 50/50 time with the child. I called and the secretary and she asked why I wanted 50/50. I begin to explain and then she asked if the mother was abusive to the child. I said no then I was told that’s really the only way to get 50/50. So your telling me that even in a case of abuse 50/50 is the best this firm can do? Then she tells me the price of a consultation and case and asked if I was interested. Why would I be interested in a fathers rights attorney that isn’t confident enough to fight for my rights. She mentioned “no guarantee” several times. Something I didn’t ask for, and I finally mention the only guarantee I’m looking is the guarantee to put together a plan with confidence and fight... Passed on them.

I heard Ward Maedgen being a good personal injury lawyer, when Jay needed one, I didn't hesitate to recommend Ward! He was unsure at first, saying, it will only make the matter worse and it will probably take so much of his time. But, after exchanging thoughts about the pro's and con's of getting Ward's service, he gave it a shot! Jay couldn't appreciate more my insistence as it only took him 2 weeks, and he got the settlement he deserved. He didn't experience any hassle at all, in fact, Ward made sure that everything was taken cared of accordingly! So to anyone who's having second thoughts on getting a personal injury lawyer, give it a try! I'd say, give Ward Maedgen a try!!!

Not much to say, Maedgen was a good lawyer. I haven't had a lawyer for an accident before but I've dealt with a lot of them during some probate nastiness that my family went through and Maedgen was way more accommodating than any lawyer I ever knew.

Ward Maedgen law firm is amazing. My daughter and I were involved in a car accident. I made one phone call to Ward Maedgens office and they took care of everything for me and my daughter. I was able to focus on everyday life while Ward took care of the legal end. I would absolutely call them again if I'm ever in a situation like that again.
