Fred has been my companies corporate insurance litigation attorney for the last several years and I have worked with him for the last two or three years. His very upfront, honest and responsive in getting back to me with questions, concerns etc. Fred was never late on any deadlines, his reports were always up-to-date and I was very confident and his recommendations to me. I don't believe that Fred did any unnecessary work and provided his recommendations on the direction my case could go and I made the final decisions. Fred works with a very large firm mostly doing insurance/civil litigation, but many of his associates do handle plaintiff work for auto accidents, and other types of lawsuits. I would highly recommend contacting Fred if you have any type of legal situation and if he cannot assist you, Fred knows numerous attorneys in Dallas and he will refer you one that is known and reputable, not a bottom feeder.
